Not to offend anyone who believes in GOD.

Why do people believe in God?
Because they wanna get a peace of mind?
Or to relieve their guilts or sins..
Or to learn human values? and to help others?
Well having a religion does help spiritually.
BUT in Korea, its a whole different thing.

Im sure all foreigners would have been to MyongDong.
I see these in MyongDong all the time.

I got this photo from another korean blog.
It just means that if you do not believe in Jesus, you go to hell.
And they repeat this in every language they can learn.
I dont adore this kind of act at all.

Yea we go to hell if we commit sins.
And our sins are eating all the chickens, pigs, leaves and consuming oxygen.
If those are sins.. what is a murder...
Ahhhh i dont know...

Even in my campus, i was studying psychology at some studying corner.
And a middle age woman will come chat with me.
I know what this is about as i have experienced it in campus many times.
She will ask,
Where are you from? How long have you been here?
Have you heard of Jesus in Korea?
Do u believe in Jesus?

And i said no.

She instantly replied in the most sacarstic, kind manner,
"Do you know that if you dont believe in Jesus, you will go to hell when you die. You still want to go to hell?"

Instead of wasting her time in campus,
She could be a successful salesperson.

SOmeone enlighten me,
is that the right thing to do?
Because i once read a Buddhism book and it says never to try to influence non-believers to believe in Buddhism.
What about Jesus' believers?
And what about in other countries.. i dont face these in singapore though.

Why must they affect the moods of non-believers..................
I HATE ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

Its time to throw away my korean text books as my shelf's seriously overweight.
Well without them i wont be able to live happily here in Korea.
Learning a new language.. and finally being able to use it everyday..
the feeling is just magical, thinking back when I could only speak like a Korean baby. ^^
